S Winslow wants your online experience with us to be pleasant. We accept Visa, MasterCard as well as S Winslow Gift Certificates on our secure online shopping cart. (We also accept checks/money orders through the mail, and ship your order once the check has cleared.) We ship UPS Insured, and costs are based by weight to the destination address at the time the order is placed. New York sales tax is automatically applied to all NY orders. S Winslow does not accept refunds. We offer credit towards the purchase of other items on our website. Special Orders or jewelry that is altered per customer request (lengthening, design alterations, etc.) are not returnable and may not be exchanged for other items. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Please email us for any other questions.

We have password secure access to our site for stores that would like to carry S Winslow jewelry. Please email Stacie for further information; being sure to include your company name, address, phone number, resale number, type of business, and contact name, phone number and email address. We only accept returns of wholesale merchandise for exchange or credit within 10 days of your receipt. To return, send the insured package back to our PO address, in it's original condition and include a copy of the invoice. Opening wholesale orders are $300.00; re-orders are $100.00 minimum.
